How to Book a Tour?

You can book your tour at our office or through social media or direct call. If you are residing out of Pakistan you can book your tour online through www.paktourismclub.com. Select your tour, read and understand the Tour Itinerary, Inclusions and Exclusions, Joining-Leaving Places, Tour Price, Payment Schedule, terms and conditions and all other details very carefully. Once you get convinced about everything then book your tour.

 

Tour Registration Procedure

In order to make your search easier among our big pages of itineraries and services, here is our simple booking and registration guide.

  • Send an Inquiry: Inquiry can be sent either online through social media platform or through our website. Inquiry through calls is also acceptable. Look for our contact details for inquiry through social media and phone call. Our website suggests readymade tours and itineraries for each activity and region and these can be used as a basis of your trip. You may also prefer to create to your own itinerary. Browse our tours to select one that suits you the best. If you would like to plan a tour of your own, just fill out a custom tour plan. Kindly note that we do not require any credit card details when you complete the form.
  • Get a Quote: Based on your Inquiry Submission, our consultant shall design a detailed day by day travel plan for you according to your budget. Quotes may be revised in order to meet your requirements.
  • Confirm & pay a deposit: An advance payment is required for your tour booking confirmation. The balance needs to be paid before the use of our services. Check our Modes of Payment for more information.
  • Reservation: Your booking begins as soon as we receive the advance payment. Let us know as soon as you deposit your advance in order that we launch our booking reservation. Our reservation is done on ‘first come first have’ basis.
  • Review Your Booking: Our Consultant shall finalize your tour itinerary and service agreement after all the services are confirmed in detail. Starting from that time, changes in the tour plan from client’s side may result in adjustments, fees or cancellation.   • Updates: All sorts of tour updates and details such as pickup point, timings, weather details, luggage details and safety precautions etc. would be informed to the finalized clients through text message or call.
  • Final Payment: Final Payment is to be made before the trip departure or use of our service.
